Dragonfly's Lair

The award-winning Dragonfly's Lair was TWP's first wetland education area project, and was begun in 2000. The area is located near Webber and Johnson Elementary Schools in southwest Fort Collins, Colorado. The five-year planting and development plan was completed in 2004. In addition to trails, a bridge over the pond, bat boxes, and benches, the area features a number of interpretive signs providing information on the native tree and shrub species planted in the area.

To access Dragonfly’s Lair:
Go north on Regency Drive from Harmony Road.
Take Wakerobin Lane east until you see the sign for Dragonfly’s Lair.
