Walden Pond

The Walden Pond wetland education area was created with the help of the City of Fort Collins and the staff and students of Boltz Junior High School. Planting began in 2003 and finished in 2005.

To access Walden Pond:
Go west on Boltz Drive from Lemay Avenue.
Take Camelot Drive north until you are across from Boltz Junior High School.

Park on Camelot and take the paved footbath west toward Lemay. You will see a small wetland area and educational signs.

We hope you enjoy!
